Newsletter signup: when you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address. We use it to send you updates about R3NQUIST. Nothing else.

Talent enquiries: when you submit your CV or contact us about working with R3NQUIST, we collect your name, email address, and any information contained in the documents you send to talent@r3nquist.com. We use this to assess your suitability for current or future roles.

Contact form: if you contact us through the website, we collect the information you provide in your message. We use it to respond to your enquiry.

We do not purchase, rent, or acquire personal data from third parties.

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the EU General Data Protection Regulation, we process your personal data on the following bases.

Consent: when you subscribe to our newsletter or submit a CV, you consent to us using that information for the stated purpose. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us at news@r3nquist.com or talent@r3nquist.com respectively.

Legitimate interests: when you contact us with an enquiry, we process your data to respond to you. This is in our legitimate interest and yours.

Cookies and tracking

This website is built on Webflow. Webflow may set essential cookies required for the site to function. We do not use analytics tracking, advertising cookies, or third-party tracking tools.

We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or similar services.

If this changes in the future, we will update this policy and provide appropriate notice and consent mechanisms before any non-essential cookies are set.

Who we share your data with

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it for advertising purposes.

We may share your data with the following categories of service provider, only to the extent necessary to operate this website and communicate with you: email service providers used to deliver our newsletter, hosting infrastructure provided by Webflow, and any applicant tracking or recruitment tools used to manage talent enquiries.

Talent enquiries: we retain CVs and related information for up to 12 months after your most recent application, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. If we need to keep your information longer for a specific role, we will contact you to confirm.

Contact enquiries: we retain your information for up to 12 months after resolving your enquiry.

Your rights

Under UK and EU data protection law, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, object to or restrict our processing of your data, request portability of your data in a structured and commonly used format, and withdraw consent at any time where consent is the basis for processing.

Under US state privacy laws including the California Consumer Privacy Act, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, request deletion of your personal information, and opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
