Cookie Notice
This Cookie Notice explains how R3NQUIST uses cookies and similar technologies on its website, and the choices you have.
1. What Cookies Are
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device. They let the website work, remember your choices and help us understand how the website is used. Similar technologies, such as tracking scripts and pixels, work in the same way and are covered by this Notice. In this Notice, we call them all cookies.
2. How We Use Cookies
We use two categories of cookie:
- Strictly necessary cookies: needed for the website to work securely and to remember your cookie choices. These are always set.
- Analytics and marketing cookies: help us understand how visitors use the website, which content is useful, and how website visits relate to enquiries made through our forms. These are set only with your consent.
We do not use cookies to build profiles for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we do not sell the information they collect.
3. The Cookies We Use
3.1 Strictly necessary
- __hs_cookie_cat_pref: records which categories of cookie you have consented to, so we do not ask you on every visit. Set by HubSpot. Duration: 6 months.
- __hs_opt_out: records that you have declined optional cookies. Set by HubSpot. Duration: 6 months.
3.2 Analytics and marketing
We use HubSpot, provided by HubSpot, Inc., to understand website visits and to manage enquiries. Our HubSpot account is hosted in HubSpot's EU data centre.
- __hstc: records visits across sessions, including the time of your first and most recent visit. Duration: 6 months.
- hubspotutk: keeps track of a visitor's identity and links it to any form you submit. Duration: 6 months.
- __hssc: records the pages viewed in the current session. Duration: 30 minutes.
- __hssrc: identifies when your browser has restarted. Duration: end of session.
4. Managing Your Choices
When you first visit, a cookie banner lets you accept or decline analytics and marketing cookies. You can change your choice at any time by clearing the cookies for this website in your browser. The banner will appear again on your next visit.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, parts of the website may not work. We honour the Global Privacy Control signal where the law requires.
5. Cookies and Personal Data
Some cookies collect information that counts as personal data, such as an online identifier or your IP address. Our Data Protection and Privacy Notice explains how we handle personal data and the rights you have.
6. How to Contact Us
If you have a question about this Notice or about how we use cookies, contact our Data Protection Lead by email at dataprotection@r3nquist.com or by post to: Data Protection Lead, R3NQUIST, LABS House, 15-19 Bloomsbury Way, London WC1A 2TH.
7. Changes to This Notice
We review this Notice at least once a year and whenever we add or remove a cookie or a tool that sets one. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
