Accessibility Statement
R3NQUIST wants everyone to be able to use its website, whatever their ability or the technology they use. This statement explains the standard we work to, where we fall short today, and how to tell us about a problem.
1. Our Standard
We design and build this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content usable by more people, including people who are blind or have low vision, people who are deaf or hard of hearing, and people with motor, cognitive or learning disabilities.
2. Conformance Status
This website partially conforms to WCAG 2.2 level AA. Partially conforms means that some parts of the website do not yet fully meet the standard. The issues we know about are listed in Section 4.
3. What We Have Tested
In October 2026 we tested the home, services, about, book a demo and privacy pages using automated testing and manual keyboard testing. That testing confirmed that:
- every page reflows to fit a screen 320 pixels wide without sideways scrolling, which is equivalent to zooming in to 400%;
- every page declares its language and uses clear page regions and a logical heading structure;
- you can move through the navigation, the book a demo form and the footer using a keyboard alone;
- every field in the book a demo form has a visible label;
- images that carry meaning have text alternatives;
- background videos stay paused if your device is set to reduce motion.
We have not yet tested the website with screen readers or had it audited independently.
4. Known Issues
We are working to fix the following:
- The buttons on the cookie banner do not have enough colour contrast between the text and the button.
- Some smaller olive text on the about page does not have enough colour contrast against its background.
- Background videos play automatically and cannot be paused unless your device is set to reduce motion.
- There is no link to skip past the navigation to the main content.
- Some documents we share, such as PDFs, may not be fully accessible. If you need a document in another format, contact us and we will provide it.
5. Feedback and Contact

7. About This Statement
This statement was prepared in October 2026, based on testing carried out in October 2026. We will review it at least once a year, after any significant change to the website, and whenever we fix an issue listed above.
